Grove Social grew out of a vacuum that I saw in the marketing realm, specifically towards IT professionals.  Those who work in IT have unique personalities and needs when it comes to learning about the vendors, products and services that are available for them.  I have seen many vendors fail when it comes to reaching this group time and time again because they do not fully understand how IT professionals think and do not know how to relate their business to this distinct group of people.

I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with many IT professionals and vendors and have learned how they communicate and thrive in a shared environment.  As the president of NTG, an IT service provider, I get to work with MSP’s, IT professionals and vendors on a daily basis. Through my work with these different groups I have learned how they think, and I better understand what it takes for each party to work together in a cohesive manner.
